n a new CareerBuilder.com survey, 41% of employers said that people who dress better or more professionally tend to be promoted more often than others in their organization.

If you struggle with any of these questions: What does business casual mean for women? What should I wear to reflect the professional, “promotable” image I want to present to my company?
